  • At Home and certain of its subsidiaries recently commenced voluntary Chapter 11 proceedings in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court to eliminate substantially all of At Home’s nearly $2 billion in funded debt and achieve a more profitable operating model.
  • On September 30, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court confirmed At Home’s Plan of Reorganization, paving the way for At Home to complete its restructuring and emerge from Chapter 11 bankruptcy as a stronger company in the coming weeks.
  • Importantly, At Home is continuing to serve customers in the normal course of business during the court-supervised process, providing exceptional value through inspiring design and decorating solutions both in-store and online.
  • When we complete this process, At Home will move forward with a meaningfully strengthened financial position and new opportunities to invest in our strategic initiatives and to continue fortifying our business for the long term.

  • We are paying vendors and suppliers in full under normal terms for goods and services provided on or after the filing date.
  • We are operating in the normal course and continue to serve our customers in-store and online, and we are working with our vendors and suppliers to provide the products and services we need to support our customers and drive our mutual success.
